In order to protect you and the other participants attending the retreat to the best of our ability we REQUIRE A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST 72 HOURS prior to the start date of the retreat and results must be sent directly to your retreat leader. Most countries are now requiring the test as well or a test upon arrival.
In addition, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL participants purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" travel insurance to protect their investment should you test positive and be unable to attend. In the event that you should test positive and be unable to attend the retreat, Synchronicity Retreats can NOT offer a refund because your accommodations have been paid for you in advance. This is why we STRONGLY RECOMMEND travel insurance because it will protect your investment in the even that you are required to cancel.
If you are concerned about the Coronavirus, “Cancel For Any Reason” is the only way to protect your investment at a CDC Level 1 or 2 Level. If the threat to travel to your retreat destination moves to a CDC Level 3 due to the Coronavirus, we will reschedule the retreat to a later date. If you can’t make the new dates, a full credit will be offered that expires 12 months from the date issued.

** Please note there are NO REFUNDS offered from Synchronicity Retreats for itinerary changes due to the Coronavirus, only FULL CREDITS per our terms of service and is why we STRONGLY RECOMMEND travel insurance. Some countries actually require travel insurance to gain entry.

I can travel on my own... why should I attend a retreat?
There is something very beautiful and unique about experiencing a new destination with a group of like-minded individuals. The communities we create all over the world have produced countless ideas and breakthroughs for our participants... companies have been formed, partnerships have been created, and life-long traumas have been released.
If traveling with a group is not for you, we get it, but if you want to transform your life, experience everything the world has to offer and create friendships that will last a lifetime then our retreats are for you!
Do I need to have experience to attend a retreat?
Absolutely not... All of our retreats are carefully designed to cater to every individuals specific wants and needs.
How do I book/reserve my spot?
You can pay in full or setup a payment plan directly through our secure servers. If you have limited internet connection or you would prefer not to book online you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +1 (530) 638-3203.
Are flights included in the cost of the retreat?
Synchronicity Retreats hosts guests from all over the world, so flights are not included in the cost of the retreat. However, should a short flight between locations on one retreat be scheduled in the middle of a trip, that flight will be included, as all intra-retreat transport is included in the price.
Do you accept payment in installments?
We offer both Paid-In-Full and Payment Plan options for all of our retreats.
Payment Plans are only available if there are more than 90 Days before the retreat start date as that is when all balances are due.
Should there be any spots still available within the 90 day window, Paid-In-Full is the only available option.
What are your cancellation terms?
If YOU cancel your retreat:
90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 100% credit toward another Synchronicity Retreat within 12 months.
31-90 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 50% credit toward another Synchronicity Retreat within 12 months, and forfeit the remainder
0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits.
To officially cancel, you must send an email to Synchronicity Retreats at email@example.com stating that you wish to cancel.
If WE cancel the retreat:
We have never had to cancel a retreat; however, if we ever do, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot, however, compensate you for credit card fees, airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Synchronicity Retreats must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster, pandemic or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund; it will depend on Synchronicity Retreats receiving a refund from the venue or tour operator we work with.
To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
What is travel insurance and do I need it?
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Good coverage can protect you if:
You cancel your participation in the retreat due to sickness or injury.
The retreat is canceled due to inclement weather, natural disaster, pandemic, or political upheaval.
Your luggage is lost, stolen or delayed.
You become ill or need emergency medical care or repatriation.
We do not provide travel insurance, though, due to the pandemic we now HIGHLY RECOMMEND all of our retreat participants purchase it to protect themselves and their investment. Your current insurance provider may offer travel insurance and may be able to bundle it with your current coverage. If you go through your current insurance provider confirm that their policy is "Cancel For Any Reason" as this includes COVID-19 related cancellations.

What if I get injured/sick on the retreat?
We take great care in designing our trips and only selected the highest quality venues and providers so that you will not be placed at risk.
In the unlikely event of injury or illness, our Synchronicity Retreats team will reach your emergency contact if necessary. Your travel insurance provider will also be able to provide guidance on where to receive medical care if required.
Synchronicity Retreats is not liable for any injuries incurred whilst on one of our retreats.
What does the itinerary look like?
In order to provide our participants the best experiences possible and introduce them to the local culture our itineraries and excursions are all destination specific. I'm traveling solo but want to book a shared room, what should I do?
We get asked this all of the time, and to be completely honest, we love to see people willing to travel solo and grow their tribe. In the event that you are traveling solo and would like to share a room with another participant we will match you to the best of our ability.
99% of the time we are able to match you with someone of the same gender and of similar age, but in the unlikely event that we cannot, we will reach out to you prior to making the arrangements and explain all of the possible options.
Can I bring my children on the retreat?
Our retreat participants are adults dedicated to personal growth and development and are enjoying time away from the stresses of life. That being said, unfortunately, at this time we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to attend any of our retreats.

We welcome and would absolutely love to hear your ideas! We have a select list of resort partnerships around the world that we visit every year, but we do include a few 'rotating' selections and are always looking to discover more of this beautiful planet we call home.
